RECORD KEEPING

All our records are kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988, including your access to your medical records.  All medical records are confidential. Should you wish to view your records at any point, a request form from Reception should be completed and an appointment should be made with your registered doctor.  A fee will be payable for this service. 

Any data used for statistical or audit purposes by the PCT are made anonymous.
