NEW PATIENTS

If you live within the catchment area that the practice serves (click HERE to see the Area We Cover), then the practice will welcome you onto our list of registered patients. The partners aim to provide you with the best service that they can.

The practice does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.

The Partners take it in turns to be the registration doctor for new patients. However although you may be registered with a specific doctor,you may, in fact, see any doctor or nurse in the Practice according to availability or your choice.

If you are a new patient on long-term medication, please make an early appointment to see a doctor, so that your needs are clearly documented before you actually require a repeat prescription. It may take a while for your old records to arrive.
