Summary Care Records - our data, including allergies, sensitivities and repeat prescriptions will be uploaded to the demographics already held by the Spine in January 2012.  No other data will be uploaded at this time.  We would like to reassure any patients who have opted out by writing to us, will NOT have any data uploaded.

Patient Participation - we have a patient participation group who meet regularly to have an input into the Practice.  In addition to this we would like to invite patients to join our VIRTUAL PATIENT GROUP to answer short questionnaires or to respond to us by email.  Please get in touch with the Practice Manager, Catherine Farman on catherine.farman@nhs.net if you would like to join in this.
