HOME VISITS

If you are too ill to come to the surgery, or you are housebound, and feel you need a home visit, please ring the surgery before 10.00am whenever possible. Please only request a home visit if you are unable to attend the surgery for medical reasons, as in most cases, care is provided most effectively within the surgery. Home visits are made at the doctor's discretion.

PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF HOME VISIT REQUEST WHETHER THE CLINICIAN WILL NEED A PARKING PERMIT WHEN ATTENDING YOUR HOME
