NEW PATIENTS

When you join our practice as a new patient, you may choose to see any doctor or nurse in the practice according to availability and your personal preference.

The practice prefers that, wherever possible, you see the same doctor, especially if you have a long-term medical condition.  Please be aware that for administrative purposes only, you will be registered with a specific partner.  The partners take it in turn to be the registration doctor for new patients.

If you are a new patient on long-term medication, please make an appointment to see a doctor within two weeks of joining the practice, so that your needs are clearly documented before you actually need a prescription.  It may take a while for your old records to arrive.

When patients request to join our practice list, we do not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.
