We are delighted to announce that Dr Gowri Sankaran will be joining us as a Partner from 1 April this year.  Many of you may know her from the time when she first joined us as a GP Registrar in 2004. 

SWINE FLU

The swine flu vaccine is still available.  If you would like to have this, please contact reception to make an appointment.

FLEXIBLE OPENING HOURS

We are now open each Tuesday evening from 6.30 - 8.30pm, and Saturdays from 8am - 10.30am.

This is for routine booked appointments only.  Please call reception to make an appointment as usual.  The reception desk will be open to drop off or collect repeat prescriptions, or if you wish to book or cancel an appointment in person.

Emergencies should still use the NHS GP emergency service as usual (please call the 01923 202600 number, and the answerphone message will give correct details) 

ONLINE BOOKINGS

If you wish to register for our online booking system, please contact our reception team in person (with identification). 

SUMMARY CARE RECORD

You will shortly be receiving a letter about the new summary care record.  If you wish to opt out of the scheme, please complete the form on the following link and send it to us.
